EMPLOYEE LEADERSHIP
"What you cannot enforce, do not command." --Socrates
Socrates would be proud. Our employees have a voice and a key role in the decisions of the company. That's why we empower them with the flexibility to do what they think is right for the whole. The democratic nature of these committees provides our employees with leadership skills that they?ll carry with them for the rest of their lives. Plus, getting them involved in such endeavors allows them to work together on non-project basis, thus allowing them to interact on a more personal level.
Also, we regularly have open forums where every employee can make suggestions and provide input on everything from meeting locations to long-term business direction. In fact, a number of our current policies and practices have been the product of consultants? direct input, including things such as the salary/performance review process and education expenditures.
